This week we made the “Dzaidzai” Polish sausage.  This is a recipe we received from a friend who wanted to share their family recipe for this Christmas special that Dzaidzai (Grandpa Ray) would make.  Great mild flavors traditionaly made with pork shoulder and beef.  We love the opportunity to share this with our community!
